1. Brocli – Terms of Service (ToS)
1. Introduction
Brocli (“we”, “our”, “the platform”) is operated by [Company name, Company Registration, ICE], located at Imm. No. 43, Av. Abou Faris Al Marini, 4th floor, Apt 11, Hassan – Rabat, Morocco. Brocli connects clients, providers, and companies for booking, delivering, and managing services, experiences, and urgent assistance.
2. Scope of Application
These terms apply to all users (clients, providers, companies, admins). Using Brocli means unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Service and applicable Moroccan law.
3. Registration & Accounts
Registration requires accurate, up-to-date information. Users are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and must report any unauthorized use. Fraudulent or impersonated accounts are prohibited. Providers/companies must undergo legal document verification.
4. Services, Bookings, Contract Formation
Each booking constitutes a purchase offer. A contract is formed upon confirmation by the provider/company and/or payment. Compliance with Law 53-05 on electronic transactions. Brocli acts as an intermediary; service execution is the responsibility of the providers/companies.
5. Prices & Payment
Prices are displayed in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), tax included unless otherwise specified. Payment methods: bank cards, mobile payment, Brocli wallet, cash (if available), etc. Booking confirmation implies acceptance of prices and fees. Electronic invoice available in the user area.
6. Cancellation, Refunds, Disputes
Applicable conditions are stated at each booking. If the provider cancels or the service is impossible, a refund is provided. Disputes must be reported through the platform or at support@brocli.ma. Brocli will facilitate resolution.
7. User Obligations
Use must comply with laws and not cause harm. Respect for service-specific rules and good conduct. Providers/companies must comply with Moroccan legal requirements for their sector. Off-platform transactions are prohibited.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, interfaces, texts, databases, and trademarks are protected. Any exploitation without authorization is prohibited.
9. Liability
Brocli disclaims liability for indirect damages, loss of profit, or non-material damages. Direct liability is limited to the amount of the transaction. Brocli is not responsible for service quality, except in case of proven fault.
10. Data Protection
Data protection is based on Law 09-08, CNDP regulation, and international standards (GDPR). See Privacy Policy for more.
11. Security & Availability
Measures are in place for the security and availability of data. Interruption is possible for maintenance, incidents, or force majeure, without compensation.
12. Suspension & Termination
Accounts may be suspended or deleted if the ToS or law is violated. Users can delete their accounts at any time.
13. Changes to the ToS
ToS may be modified at any time. Notification will be provided for major changes. Continued use implies acceptance.
14. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
Subject to Moroccan law. Competent court: Casablanca (Morocco).
